Faith formation never ends–and that is good news! In all stages of life, you are invited to grow in faith at CPC through friendships, seminars, and social time. These are the bonds that strengthen us for Christ’s service and for tending to the “business” of the church.
CPC offers adult education seminars on a variety of topics throughout the year. Recent topics have included the intersection of faith and science, book studies, and traditional hymn sings.
The Bea Durley library contains nearly 3,000 publications that can be checked out or enjoyed in the quiet, comfortable library space. The library is open on Sunday mornings for your browsing pleasure. You can also visit the church library during the week by checking in at the church office.
As a member or friend of CPC you can join a Mariner Ship. These are small groups within the larger body of the church that meet periodically to share experiences and support each other. Mariner “scuttlebutt” can be found in every issue of the monthly Mission Bell newsletter.
Other opportunities include:
CPC’s Stephen Ministers are available for individual prayer following each worship service.
If you have ever thought about becoming a Stephen Minister, or if you would like to know more about how to talk to people going through a life crisis, ask about Stephen Ministry training.
Come to worship on Sunday and see what Carmichael Presbyterian Church is all about!
