Learn and Hang Out

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

Youth (6th-12th grade) meet on Wednesday nights for food, fellowship, and faith formation. We play games, have a large group message, and then break into middle school and high school small groups for further discussion.

SUNDAY MORNINGS

Youth meet for BIble study on Sunday mornings after our church worship service. We are currently studying all the minor prophets and learning how their messages still apply to our lives!

Summer Camp

Children entering 4th through 12th grade are invited to attend summer camp at Westminster Woods.

Planting Seeds of Faith

Since 2000, CPC members and friends have supported our children’s and youth programs by participating in the Planting Seeds of Faith Auction. Proceeds go to camp scholarships, mission trips, and education programs.

Lead Worship

Want to get better at public speaking, singing, or playing your instrument? There’s no better way than to help lead in worship. Don’t worry–there are other ways to lead and serve too, if you don’t like being in front of people.

Serve at Church

CPC youth are integrated into the life of the church in many ways. They serve as greeters, ushers, scripture readers, Sunday school teachers, musicians, and even on committees and work groups doing the core ministries of the church.

Volunteer in the Community

Middle and high schoolers who need service hours for school are encouraged to contact our Children’s Ministry Director to learn about volunteer opportunities.

Go on a Mission Trip

Our youth participate in mission experiences both locally and out of town. Here are a few examples of ministries we’ve partnered with for learning and action over the last few years:

Blue Theology Mission Station
Students Helping Honduras
WIND Youth Services
March For Our Lives
Glide Memorial Church
Sierra Service Project
