Congregational Meeting

About The Event

CPC’s Session has called a congregational meeting for Sunday, August 18 immediately following worship for the purpose of:

• Approving changes to the CPC Bylaws (see proposed changes HERE)

• Approve borrowing $365,000 from the Synod of the Pacific for a green loan to be used to install solar panels on the church campus and the execution of a Deed of Trust on church property at 5645 Marconi Ave. Carmichael, CA to secure this loan.
• Approving a shared equity loan with Pastor Ivan Herman in the amount of $150,000 to him in purchasing the house he currently rents and the execution of a Deed of Trust on church property at 5645 Marconi Ave. Carmichael, CA to secure this loan.
• Approving updated terms of call for Pastor Ivan to reflect an adjustment to salary and housing allowance, but does not exceed the total salary package for the budget year 2024.
