Our Leadership
CPC’s leadership team includes pastors and staff, plus a governing body of Elders, called the Session. The Board of Deacons leads our caring ministries.
This is our mission statement:
Responding to God’s love through Jesus Christ, we:
Welcome all
Nurture relationships
Grow in faith together
Connect with and serve our community and the world
Carmichael Presbyterian Church was started in 1918 by three mothers who wanted a local Sunday School for their children, and in 1923 was formally established as a worshipping congregation. It was the first church in the Carmichael area. From its inception CPC has been a church of hardworking pioneers who start new things. Over our 100 year history we have also become vital community partners working alongside others.
CPC is a member of the Presbyterian Church (USA). We participate in several denomination-wide initiatives, including Matthew 25, Earth Care Congregations, quarterly Special Offerings for mission, and Covenant Network of Presbyterians.

Our congregation is age-diverse and welcoming. Worship with us at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, in person or on YouTube. Join us for coffee fellowship after the service.
We partner with other organizations and faith communities in the Sacramento area to provide food and hospitality to those in need.
Come to worship on Sunday and see what Carmichael Presbyterian Church is all about!
