Refreshed and back from sabbatical, Pastor Keith DeVries will lead us in Lesson 1 of our 2026-2027 Bible study, United Through Christ, Bound to Each Other, which focuses on Paul’s First Letter to the Corinthians. “Love is patient; love is kind. It bears all things, believes all things, endures all things.” Today’s readers of these familiar words of Paul in his first letter to the Corinthians might not realize that these words about love and unity were addressed to a church in conflict. Through this study the author, Rhonda Mawhood Lee, will delve into the doubts and conflicts that the early church in Corinth experiences.
